Humphreys County Care and Rehab was founded in 1966 with the belief that Humphreys County residents deserved quality nursing home care right here at home. That was the beginning of a tradition of excellence that has spanned several decades and continues today. Humphreys County Care and Rehab is a non-profit, which means every penny we earn goes back into providing quality care for our residents. Our board of directors are local citizens and physicians who have the best interests of this community and its residents at heart. HCCR is not a corporation…we are a family!

Our brand new, state-of-the-art facility offers 71 private rooms and 10 semi-private rooms, all with private bathrooms. WiFi and cable services are provided free of charge.
