Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
Have you or someone you care about recently been ill or had surgery? Our short-term rehabilitation services will help you get on your feet faster. Our team of physical, occupational and speech therapists are available 6 days a week to provide you with a customized, comprehensive therapy program. Other skilled services include: IV therapy, picc lines, certified wound care, mobile x-ray and laboratory services, nutrition management, as well as case management and discharge planning services.
Long-Term Care
For those requiring 24-hour nursing care for an extended period of time, our goal is to help you remain as independent and active as possible. Organized group activities and group dining facilities encourage residents to maintain an active social life. Certified nurses and nursing assistants provide assistance with personal hygiene and daily living, as well as medication management. Our Restorative Therapy program helps residents maintain their physical level of functioning through daily exercise.
Memory Care Unit
Our secure memory care unit provides specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. The unit includes a private dining and activity room, as well as a secure outdoor courtyard. Daily activities and group dining keep residents active and engaged.
Respite Care
Even the most dedicated caregiver needs a break once in awhile. Humphreys County Care and Rehab can help. We provide a safe, comfortable environment for your loved one while you take time to rest and rejuvenate.
Specialty Medical Services
Humphreys County Care and Rehab contracts with physicians to provide common specialty services on-site for the convenience of our residents. Specialty services include: psychiatry, podiatry, optometry, audiology and dental services.
Miscellaneous Medical Services
In addition to the services described above, our facility provides the following: immunizations, laboratory services, on-site nurse practitioner, colostomy care, certified wound care, oxygen therapy and nutrition management.
